We initiate the process by collecting post-consumer PET bottles from various sources, such as recycling centers and waste management facilities. These bottles are carefully sorted and prepared for the recycling process.
The bottles are washed to remove any contaminants, such as labels and caps, and then shredded into small flakes, creating the raw material for further processing.
The shredded PET flakes are melted down and transformed into a liquid state. This molten material is then extruded through fine holes to create long, continuous strands
